ISIS reportedly used chemical weapons during an attack in northern Syria this past weekend, according to local residents and international aid organizations.
The reports indicate that the jihadist group fired 50 shells containing mustard gas. After the shells struck, a local hospital treated 23 people for symptoms resembling those caused by the gas.
