Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov claimed on Monday that the United States has been sending "signals" it wants to start repairing ties with Moscow, tensely strained by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
Although Moscow is open to further dialogue, Lavrov stated, it would not "beg" the US for better relations.
