The head of The International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission told the UN Security Council that Islamic State has claimed to have executed at least 30 people for sodomy.
Monday's closed-door meeting, which US Ambassador Samantha Power called "historic," is the first time the council has met on gay rights.
