The National Security Council's Counter-Terrorism Bureau released travel advisory warning against 41 countries on Monday ahead of the High Holidays, in which Israelis commonly travel abroad.
Monday's advisory warned of plots by former ISIS jihadists to target Israelis and Jews in western and northern Europe. Several African countries have also been flagged as a place of potential danger for Israelis traveling abroad.
