Typhoon Goni has killed at least ten people in the northern Philippines, according to officials. A number are still missing.
The typhoon's winds were measured at up to 195 kilometers per hour, and forced thousands of people to evacuate their homes.
Goni is the ninth typhoon to hit the Philippines this year. The island nation receives an average of 20 each year.
