Prosecutors say that they will file charges against Yishai Schlissel tomorrow (Monday). Schlissel stabbed Shira Banki to death and wounded five others during the Jerusalem Gay Pride Parade.
Schlissel already spent 10 years in prison for a similar stabbing at the 2005 Pride Parade.
