Supreme Court: Litzman Must Be Minister, Not Just Deputy

The Supreme Court has ruled that current Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman (UTJ) cannot remain in his position without a full minister.

The Court declared that he must be appointed as a minister within 60 days.
