    IMF: Declarations of Chinese Crisis 'Premature'

    A senior member of the International Monetary Fund has warned against prematurely declaring the Chinese market to be in a crisis.

    "Monetary policies have been very expansive in recent years and an adjustment is necessary," said Carlo Cottarelli, an executive director with IMF. "It's totally premature to speak of a crisis in China,"

    China, the world's second-largest economy, has been facing increasing financial difficulty recently.
