Egypt: ISIS Claims Responsibility for Nighttime Cairo Attack

The “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization claimed responsibility for the car bombing on Wednesday night near Cairo’s National Security Headquarters.

27 people, including seven security forces, were wounded in the attack.
