The High Court will hold on Wednesday morning another hearing on the petition to release Mohammad Allan the imprisoned Islamic Jihad member who has been on a hunger strike for the past 64 days.
Allan’s attorney warned that the inmate’s condition has deteriorated and that his life is in danger. Allan, who regained consciousness on Tuesday, announced that he will continue his hunger strike and rejected the State’s offer for his release in exchange for him leaving the country.
