The attorney of imprisoned Islamic Jihad member Mohammed Allan announced that Allan will continue his hunger strike after regaining consciousness earlier on Tuesday.
“He is still weak and worn out, but is awake and conscious of his decisions. He made it clear to the doctors that he is interested in continuing is hunger strike, no matter the implications. He additionally requested that the intravenous fluids currently being provided to him be stopped.”
