Muhammed Allan's lawyer has rejected the Israeli government's proposal to free his client on condition that he leave Israel for four years.
"We will ask the court to free him and not give up on our principles," said the lawyer.
Allan is a member of Islamic Jihad who is now hospitalized, following an extended hunger strike.
