An internal investigation, carried out by Israel Police, has suggested dismissing at least three senior officers for not preventing the stabbing attack during last month's Gay Pride Parade in Jerusalem, Channel 2 reports.

Acting Police Commissioner Bentzi Sau will give Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) both the committee's and his own recommendations.

The internal report, which police say they will eventually make public, suggested censuring Jerusalem District Commander Moshe Edri and firing at least three other officers, each at least an assistant commissioner.
