Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has called on his army to finish the fight against Boko Haram within three months.

AFP quotes Buhari as saying, "You need to brace up and continue to team up with other stakeholders to come up with a well coordinated joint effort which will bring a desired end to these insurgencies within three months."

Boko Haram, a jihadist organization that has sworn loyalty to ISIS, has been terrorizing Nigeria for the past six years. In that time the organization, whose name translates to "Western Education is Forbidden," has killed over 15,000 people.
