A Jerusalem court has extended the preliminary sentence for Yishai Schlissel by ten days. Schlissel is being charged with murder and six counts of attempted murder for the stabbing attack at the Jerusalem Gay Pride Parade.
Schlissel will be examined by a district psychiatrist in order to ascertain if he can be held responsible for his actions.
Schlissel also stabbed three people in the 2005 Gay Pride Parade. He served ten years in prison and was released only weeks before this year's parade.
