Police at a checkpoint outside of Shechem stopped a Palestinian driver for a routine inspection, and found military equipment in his car.
The equipment included a hangun and magazines in plastic wrap hidden throughout the car. Both the driver and a passenger were arrested.
The suspects are aged 20 and 22, and residents of the Balata refugee camp near Shechem. They have been taken for questioning.
