A new daughter has been born to the parents of Hayah Zissel, a 3-month-old who was murdered in a Jerusalem car attack in 2013.
"The couple thanks Hashem for everything He has done in the birth of their sweet daughter this morning [Sunday]," said a spokesperson for Bikur Holim Hospital.
