House Democratic Whip for the Senate, Steny Hoyer, told Channel 1 News that in all his years in Congress he does not remember such a public and fiery conflict as the one between President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
That being said, Hoyer added that the relations between the US and Israel are not based on personal ties between leaders, but rather on an alliance between the two countries.
