The Tel Aviv District Attorney's office this morning (Monday) filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv District Court against Shechem resident Nur al-Din Abu Hashiya, the terrorist who stabbed IDF soldier Almog Shiloni, Hy"d, to death earlier this month at a Tel Aviv train station.
According to the indictment, Hashiya illegally entered Israel November 9th, a day before his planned attack. His intentions were to kill Shiloni, take his weapon, and use it to kill more Jews.
