The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights watch group has reported that forces of the "Islamic State" (ISIS) terror organization downed one of Syrian President Bashar Assad's fighter planes today (Sunday) over the city of Deir Ezzor in eastern Syria.
According to the report, the regime's plane had carried out twenty airstrikes over the town last night, but it was the first time that the ISIS had succeeded in bringing one down.
