Two weeks ago, the Israel Bar Association held written licensing examinations. 36.6% of those who took the test, failed. This is the highest rate of failed exams since results began to be computerized in 2000.
Head of the Israel Bar Association, Doron Barzilai, attributed the results to a change in exam format and an increase in difficulty level.
