An explosive device was just discovered on Tzir Hazevel road between Psagot and Beit El, to the north of Jerusalem.
IDF forces discovered the device while conducting brigade exercises in the area. The road has been closed off for around a half an hour while sappers neutralize the bomb. IDF and police are conducting a thorough search along Psagot's fence.
