Commander-in-Chief of the IDF, Benny Gantz, visited an army base on Wednesday, which is responsible for proceedings regarding “Operation Brother’s Keeper.” Gantz told the soldiers that every terror attack is a serious event, but the abduction of three high school students is especially severe, “Beyond the severity of an attack, it has the potential for ramifications that we are not prepared for from a strategic perspective.”
Gantz emphasized that every soldier participating in the operation must feel “As if each one of the boys was a member of his family, a member of his staff and his military company.”
