Egyptian Movement: Suspend Peace Treaty with Israel

The Egyptian Tamarod movement, which played  a key role in removing President Mohammed Morsi, on Monday called for a temporary suspension of the Camp David Accords signed between Egypt and Israel.

Members of the movement explained in a press conference that the accord's provisions, as well as Israel and international peacekeeping forces present in the peninsula, prevent Egypt from dispatching additional forces into Sinai and hinder their ability to halt terrorist activity there.
