The Rabbi of Kiryat Ono Ratzon Arusi and son of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the Rabbi of Holon Avraham Yosef have agreed to present their Chief Rabbinate Candidacies for Sephardic Chief Rabbi. Rabbi Arusi said he would continue his candidacy and felt it was legitimate to make an attempt in parallel to the esteemed son of Rabbi Yosef, for whom he has the utmost respect as a Torah authority for the generation.
