Housing Minister Uri Ariel related to the Perry Committee proposal to extend the Hesder program IDF service to 24 months, "This is contrary to the terms of our coalition agreement, and the Jewish Home will demand the removal of this proposal."
Ariel's office added he was still studying the rest of the clauses, and would respond further next week.
