Venezuela's Vice President, Nicolas Maduro, on Tuesday accused the country's enemies - both domestic and foreign - of poisoning President Hugo Chavez and justified the country's decision to expell a U.S. Embassy attache, claiming he was seeking military support for a plot against the government.
Maduro went on to say that one day there will be "scientific proof" that Chavez, who is fighting a battle with cancer, was poisoned.
