Members of the United Nations' Human Rights Council have expressed concern that Israel will not cooperate with the Council's annual report. The members said on Tuesday that the Foreign Ministry's representative to the Council, Eviatar Manor, did not show up for a meeting with its President, leading to fears that Israel will not cooperate.
Last year, then Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman ordered that all ties with the UN Human Rights Council be cut, following its decision to investigate the effects of the communities in Judea and Samaria on Palestinian Authority Arabs.
