The Arabs report that Deputy Hamas Politburo Chairman, Mussa Abu Marzuk has announced that Marwan Issa will take the place of Ahmed Jaabri, assassinated Wednesday by Israel in Gaza, as Chief of Hamas military faction. Issa survived an IDF attempt to assassinate him in 2006.
