Leaders in Gaza must choose between “a city of building, or a city of terrorism,” President Shimon Peres said Wednesday. Gaza leaders recently said they plan to build with funding from Qatar, while on Wednesday terrorists in the area fired several dozen rockets at Israeli towns.

“We must not sit on our hands while the ruler of Qatar comes and gives out money and promises of building, when the reality is that the money will clearly be used to fund rockets and terrorism,” Peres said. “We must not allow one hand to give money while the other fires missiles.”
