Outgoing State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss said Saturday night that he did not believe that Israel was prepared to deal with a national emergency, like an attack by Israel's enemies. Speaking at a special Tisha B'av event, Lindenstrauss said that the situation was better than it had been, compared to the situation before the second Lebanon war.
However, he said, “more must be done.”
