A senior Likud party source levelled sharp criticism at Cabinet Secretary Tzvi Hauser, Friday morning, for his latest moves, including involvement in legislation to authorize threatened Jewish homes in Judea and Samaria (Shomron). The criticism came after Hauser announced, Thursday, that caravan mobile homes intended for uprooted Jews from Gaza in the Lachish region would be diverted to house Jews in Beit El in case homes in the Binyamin-region community's Ulpana Neighborhood were uprooted by the government under a Supreme Court order. On Friday, he said the diversion had been reversed.
In a conversation with Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service, the source said, "Hauser is working against the authorization bill and is even whispering so in the ears of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. Hauser increased and initiated the transfer of the caravans that were intended for the Katif exiles to the Ulpana Neighborhood in Beit El. How can it be that a man who wants to contend in the Likud undertakes moves that are contrary to Likud bylaws and the stance of most Likud members?
