Supreme Court Justice Salim Joubran caused outrage Tuesday when he failed to sing the national anthem during the swearing-in ceremony for new Supreme Court President Asher Grunis. Joubran is the first and only Arab justice on the court.
MK David Rotem (Yisrael Beiteinu) said he plans to complain to Justice Minister Yaakov Neeman on Wednesday and to try to get Joubran removed from the bench.
