Defense Minister Ehud Barak responded to Monday's attacks in India and Georgia by saying, Tuesday, "Iran and Hizbullah are determined to sabotage the Israeli lifestyle and act against Israelis everywhere. They want to bring down Israeli victims and we will have to operate at the forefront of terrorism and to prepare for other challenges before us."
Speaking at the dedication of the Israeli pavillion at the Singapore Air Show, Barak expressed his appreciation to Israeli defense industries and the promotion of Israeli industry. He told them, "Continue to promote Israel's security exports and to strengthen the extraordinary quality of the defense industry. You meet Israel's long-term security challenges."
