Residents of the Judean Jewish outpost community of Mitzpe Avichai, next to Kiryat Arba, claimed, Sunday, that Arabs and Sudanese hired by the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria to remove the debris of building destroyed by the government, last week stole jewelry and other valuables.
