In the last few days, a new bacteria has joinedthe known predatorybacteria, according to a Sunday-evening report by Channel 10 television.The new strain is probably amutationthe friendly version of the e coli bacteriafound inall our intestines.
According to the report,BeilinsonHospital in Petach Tikva reportedseven cases ofe coliof whom three patientsdiedwithintwo days.However,it is estimated thatthere weremore deathsas a result ofbacteria,but werenotdiagnosedas suchbecauseno onesuspectsthat the e colicouldbe deadlylike theotherpredatorybacteria. Belinson Hospitalinfectionsunitmanager,ProfessorJihadBishara,saidthat"This isreallynecrosis or gangrene, a severe infection which eats theskin and tissues. The Ministry of Healthshouldbemoreawareandmaybeinstruct all doctorsto beaware that there is somenewpredatorbacteriumwhich is widespread."
