Variable cloudiness is forecast for Friday with a slight rise in temperature, mainly in the north and the mountains. Easterly morning winds in the north are expected to reach 30 kilometers/20 miles an hour. There's a chance of isolated showers, accompanied by flooding of wadis, in the south. The winds will strengthen on Shabbat, lowering the temperature. Scattered showers are forecast for the north, strengthening and spreading,Sunday evening, to the northern Negev, where they will continue through Monday. The winds will also pick up, bringing temperatures below normal by Monday. Sunday will see a chance of hazy skies in addition to the clouds in the center and southern parts of the country. Snow is expected on Mt. Hermon.
