Moshe Bernstein was sent to a concentration camp with his family at the age of 13 and never got to celebrate his becoming a Bar Mitzva. Yesterday, at the Western Wall, he was called up to the Torah for the first time and put on tefillin – as a Bar Mitzva. Mazel tov!
