The Jerusalem District Court ruled that Yaakov "Jack" Teitel is mentally fit to stand trial. Teitel, who is in his late 30's, was arrested in 2009 and accused of killing two Arab men in two separate incidents in 1997. He is also accused of attacking a Christian church and a left-wing professor. Charges of attacking a gay youth center were dropped in 2009.
