The two ships participating in a Gaza-bound flotilla suffered a setback on Thursday due to a storm at sea.
A journalist on one of the ships, Jihan Hafiz, said that the two ships, which set sail from Turkey on Wednesday, had met at sea but the activists on board were unable to convene a meeting to plan strategy due to the storm.
Hafiz said the flotilla participants do not intend to violently oppose an attempt by the Israeli navy to stop them from entering Gaza.
