Jews from the Binyamin-region communities of Beit El and Ofra held morning services for the new Jewish month of Cheshvan, Friday morning, in the ancient Na'aran synagogue in the Palestinian Authority-assigned city of Jericho, near the Dead Sea.

The participants and the Jericho core group called for a full Jewish return and repopulation of the location.
