A new Kiryat Arba neighborhood named in memory of Israel's former Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu, was dedicated on Sunday.
The dedication ceremony was attended by the rabbi’s sons, his widow Rebbetzin Tzvia Eliyahu, public figures and many local residents.
