Diplomatic sources in Ankara said on Friday that a meeting between Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas may be held in Cairo next week.

The sources told the official Egyptian news agency that Erdogan will visit Egypt next Monday and the visit will last three days, while Mahmoud Abbas will attend a meeting of the Arab peace committee in Cairo next Tuesday.
