The Regional Court rejected the ‘Chonenu’ Associaton attorney Adi Keidar’s appeal against the arrest of the two young men from the Samaria town of Yitzhar.
The pair is suspected of setting fire to two Arab vehicles in Samaria, two days after the Fogel Family murder. The investigation material is classified and was not shared with Keidar. No evidence has been presented yet.
The ‘Chonenu’ Association has submitted an appeal to the High Court against the Regional Court decision.
