Moshe Feiglin, head of the Likud party's Jewish Leadership faction, responded Tuesday to a High Court ruling ordering the destruction of the town of Migron in Samaria. “There is no Arab land in Migron. The High Court's decision stems from a world view that rejects the right of Jews to their land, simply because they are Jews.”
Feiglin also took the Shin Bet to task for “trampling the basic rights” of Jewish residents of Yitzhar by issuing restraining orders. “If the Netanyahu government does not act vigorously to overturn the decision to destroy Migron, and the decision to expel residents of Yitzhar from their homes, it will lose its right to exist as the government of Israel,” he warned.
