The parents of abducted soldier Gilad Shalit are scheduled to file a criminal complaint on Monday with the president of the investigative judges in Paris with a request to probe the circumstances of his kidnapping for political blackmail and his continued torture.
In their petition, the Shalits are demanding that the French court determine who is responsible for holding their son and to issue an international warrant for their arrest.
