Austria, Czech Republic Pull Spanish Cucumbers

Authorities in Austria and the Czech Republic have removed from the shelves cucumbers imported from Spain, for fear that they are the cause of an intestinal disease which broke out in Europe. Consumers who bought cucumbers made in Spain have been asked to throw them out.

10 people have died so far across Europe from a dangerous E. Coli infection, which was likely transferred through fresh vegetables.
