Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu landed at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport on Wednesday evening, after returning from his five-day visit to Washington.

Upon his return, Netanyahu said, “The visit was important, we found a broad American support for Israel’s basic demands and above all, we found recognition of Israel as a Jewish nation and in the need for secure borders and a complete renunciation of Hamas.”

Netanyahu added, “I offered in the United States an extensive political outline around which most of the people of Israel are united. It is time that the Zionist parties also unite around these principles. It is time that the Palestinian Authority also act to recognize Israel’s justified demands.”
