Aircraft of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) sank eight warships from the navy of Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi Thursday evening, according to the deputy commander of the alliance's Libyan task force.
Rear-Admiral Russell Harding said the ships were hit in the harbors of Tripoli, Al Khums and Sirte.
