Chairman Ya'akov Katz of the Knesset Committee on the Problem of Foreign workers welcomed, on Tuesday, Monday's passage by the Knesset of the second and third readings of a bill that limits foreign workers to the fields and geographical area they can work in, as well as the number of times they can change employers.
The changes are intended to prevent the abandonment of cripples and seniors by caretakers who want work that is easier or located in the center of the country.
